Assistant Restaurant Manager Job

Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily restaurant operations, working collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the team with energy, clarity, and heart, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

  • Deliver consistent, top-tier customer service and manage rosters and team scheduling
  • Contribute to achieving KPIs and supporting financial performance, while maintaining high standards of Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS
Requirements
  • A proven track record of leading teams in a QSR setting, with a clear understanding of what good looks like
  • A calm, confident leadership style that earns trust from your team
  • Strong passion for food, people, and great service, with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor certification
