Job Overview

The Venues Administration Support role is responsible for facilitating day-to-day operations, encompassing administrative duties, customer service, and key responsibilities at a historic Melbourne venue.

The successful candidate will administer the booking lifecycle for daily events across various venues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. They will also ensure all Venue Hire queries are thoroughly checked and responded to on a daily basis.

Additional key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity of the Venue Management System, conducting site visits for prospective and repeat hirers, and assisting with post-event survey data collection and analysis.
