Payroll Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our organization in Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, supporting weekly site operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time for site-based employees
  • Complete payroll data entry, validation, and compliance checks
  • Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Support time close and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in payroll (site-based mining payroll highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in payroll systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
