Automotive Service Manager Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Manager to oversee and direct all service department activities of a retail store.
This role involves managing and leading a team, overseeing complete vehicle inspections, and making comprehensive recommendations. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, following up with customers, and promoting shop service specials.
The ideal candidate will have general automotive knowledge, excellent customer service disposition, good communication skills, leadership ability, and team building skills. A valid driver's license and automotive experience are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians.
- Supervise technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications:
- General automotive knowledge.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Team building skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Automotive experience.
