We offer a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in consulting with our Graduate Development Program.
You will work alongside a dynamic team delivering various projects across the transport industry, focusing on supporting and working alongside the team delivering major rail projects, designing and optimizing track structures and alignments, and understanding client and project technical requirements.
- Designing and optimizing track structures and alignments that power safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks.
- Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and contribution of technical reports, designs & specifications, proposals and presentations.
In the first year, we'll focus on building the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry. By year two, you'll have the flexibility to style your development, whether that's diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.
The program is designed to give you a broad look at the many career pathways available, with opportunities to work in design teams, contribute to bids and tenders, and even get hands-on with occasional site work.
We foster community, diversity, equity and inclusion through employee groups and networks. These groups play a big part in our global strategy, creating spaces for meaningful conversations, connecting with likeminded individuals, and creating a voice to leadership.
Requirements:Your application should include:
- Your CV: A snapshot of what you've studied and your experiences, both paid and unpaid.
- A cover letter: Show us where you'd love to grow within the organization, while letting your communication skills shine.
- Your transcript: This helps us understand what you've been learning, from core subjects to electives that sparked your curiosity.
We strive to make our application process as inclusive as possible, giving everyone an equitable chance of getting through. If you identify as neurodiverse or have a disability and need adjustments, let us know in your application form - we're here to help.
