Fire Sprinkler Design Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Design Specialist to collaborate with our team of experienced engineers. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for designing and documenting fire sprinkler and hydrant systems across various projects.

This is a full-time role based in the Northern Beaches Office, offering a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs and documentation for fire sprinkler and hydrant systems from concept to completion
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to create technical drawings, calculations, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia
  • Collaborate effectively with hydraulic designers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler and hydrant design
  • FPAS Accreditation (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
