
Fire Sprinkler Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to fill this challenging role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to provide technical support and administration
- Mentor and assist other team members to facilitate client needs
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and all necessary paperwork is completed
- Coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operation of the team
- Assist with quotations and take-offs as required
- Install, modify, commission, and repair fire sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, pumps, and tanks
- Inspect and test fire systems in accordance with AS 1851
- Assist in growing the customer base by identifying and following up on opportunities
- Provide recommendations to customers on fire protection systems and equipment
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter in the fire industry
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Current Registration as a Registered Fitter (mandatory)
- Current Driver's License (mandatory)
- Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
- Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base
- Hardworking and reliable
- Experience in a customer-facing role
