About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team at KBR Inc. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients across various environments and providing Level 3 Wintel incident management within their ITSM toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service Health Indicator (SHI) timeframe
  • Third-Party Vendor Engagement
  • Participate in client projects when required
  • Develop and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop and Update Detailed Level Design
  • Participate in out-of-hours activities as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Active Directory and Identity Management Services
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in VMware Vsphere 7
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification
  • NV2 security clearance is required
