Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring client networks for security vulnerabilities and anomalies
  • Investigating security incidents, breaches, and threats in a prompt and effective manner
  • Implementing measures to prevent and mitigate security threats using advanced technologies
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Raising critical alerts with clients following established procedures
  • Installing security patches and updates to address confirmed threats
  • Documenting and assessing the impact of security breaches
  • Preparing regular reports on security performance and trends
  • Ensuring that client software configurations are secure and up-to-date

This position requires an Advanced Certification in Cybersecurity and exceptional knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, particularly in Security Operations.

Requirements include excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with clients, and adherence to established security standards and protocols.
