Job Description

We are seeking qualified professionals who share our passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

As a clinician in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you can grow as a professional and develop your skills in restrictive practice, plan writing, and proactive and reactive strategies.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers and community settings.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing.
About You

We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about participant care, have a fire in their belly to drive positive change, and are not afraid to speak up when necessary.

  • PBS registration
  • Minimum of 4+ years of Behaviour Support experience
  • Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space
