About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead a team that manages client personal funds, shared household expenses, and rental contributions in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for overseeing the CardHero system, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team to manage all aspects of the Client Funds operations
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for clients
  • Monitor and report on debt management systems and processes
  • Manage complaints and provide advice and assistance to stakeholders
  • Support team members in their roles and responsibilities
  • Maintain oversight of financial systems and controls
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on financial policies and procedures

Working Arrangements:

This role offers flexibility in terms of working location, whether from home or an LWB office.
