About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive customer engagement and ensure our clients derive maximum value from our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the travel sector.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand our product and service offerings to meet their evolving needs.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, focusing on sustainable growth.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide insights that inform account strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Development: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitable partnerships.
  • Client Communication and Service: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Retention and Loyalty: Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
  • Reporting and Planning: Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting, contribute to strategic account plans, and prepare regular account reviews.
