This internship is designed for engineering graduates or students who are keen to gain experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing environment.
The internship will involve revising and implementing procedures to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency within the production process.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspecting Production Systems: Inspect the production system and products for work-on-time and quality of parts.
- Audit and Report Creation: Conduct audits and create reports to optimize the production process.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate non-conformance in production, identify root causes, and initiate preventive and corrective actions.
- Measurement and Compliance: Measure parts for compliance and ensure they meet specifications.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Liaise with suppliers, engineers, management, and clients to ensure a smooth production process.
- Process Improvement: Provide suggestions to improve processes and standardize methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Quality Control Engineering: Experience in areas of quality control engineering such as incoming material, product evaluation, inventory control, metrology, and automated testing.
- QA Gap Analysis: Analyze Quality Assurance gaps and make necessary changes to processes after consulting with relevant stakeholders.
- Product Release and Monitoring: Perform QA product/raw material release, review Batch Process Records, and monitor manufacturing data for compliance.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing environment.
