Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in revolutionising business administration for Australian SMEs.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career at a high-growth fintech, working with ambitious, driven teammates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services, and possess proven outbound & inbound sales skills, full-cycle sales expertise, a track record of hitting targets, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mentality.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving our expansion into the Australian market. You will identify and qualify leads through discovery calls and consultative sales techniques, drive outbound outreach, grow the sales pipeline, conduct initial sales conversations, track and optimise performance, and collaborate across teams.
