Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and development of new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales revenue targets and managing large, complex IT solutions. You will need to possess consultative sales experience and approach, with the ability to present at a C-suite level.

Additionally, you will collaborate with your leader to determine activity levels based on personal sales conversion rates and GP per sale. You will also plan and support local marketing activities within budgets and timelines; integrating personal sales efforts with other marketing activities.

Maintaining accurate data in the sales CRM (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities) is essential to refine sales and marketing strategies.
