Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned labour relations expert to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute labour relations strategies that drive business results
  • Foster collaborative relationships with union representatives and stakeholders
  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations and manage workplace issues
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on implementing projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations
  • Track and analyse key employee and labour relations metrics
  • Represent the company in interactions with labour authorities and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial relations, preferably in a large organisation
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with multiple functional partners

Negotiation Skills

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters

Liaising

  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
