Senior Legal Counsel - Leading Governance Expert

About the Role:

This key position will spearhead the legal team and provide expert advice on intricate employment relations and labour matters. The role entails leading negotiations for enterprise agreements, representing the organisation in various tribunals and courts, and supporting strategic projects across governance, freedom of information, privacy, and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive complex employment relations and labour matters, including enterprise agreement negotiations and representation before various tribunals and courts.
  • Provide high-level advice on sensitive and complex issues, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives across governance, freedom of information, privacy, and commercial matters.
