As an experienced PMO Lead, you will partner with blue-chip clients to ensure the success of complex programs.
Your Role:
You will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Typical responsibilities include:
- Establishing and operating a PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
- Driving improvements and enhancing PMO capabilities.
- Developing and implementing robust processes, managing overall governance and controls.
- Refining existing PMO practices according to changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks.
- Liaising with Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client's organization.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring PMO team members.
What You Bring:
A self-starter with proven ability to set up and run project, program &/or portfolio PMOs.
Minimum 7 years experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMO.
Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs.
Proven abilities in the establishment and management of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.
Experience leading teams.
Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
Desirable: Experience in EPMO as well as project-level PMO.
Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
Tenacity and resilience, remaining calm under pressure situations.
