Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support professional to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for various stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to key members of our office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as data entry and record management, collating and preparing information, coordinating bulk purchases, tracking and administration of services, and assisting with other office tasks;
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities;
  • Providing support for event planning, conference organization, and travel arrangements;

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Excel. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
