Job Title

As an education support class professional, you will be responsible for performing tasks in accordance with established guidelines and frameworks under supervision and direction.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth for both self and others.

The successful candidate will possess technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position, with demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specific support tasks to achieve outcomes;
  • Assisting teachers within an educational program by undertaking specific support tasks or coordinating the support function;
  • Supervised health and wellbeing support tasks, medical intervention support tasks, or other specialized student/teacher support roles;
  • Technical tasks that require a sound knowledge of basic technical and/or scientific principles.
