Inventory Management Specialist

This role will oversee the management of inventory, stock, purchasing, and traceability records for our Engineering bases in SA/NT. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of purchasing, receipt, and record-keeping of aeronautical products.

  • Ensure that all acquisitions, receipts, and records related to aeronautical products comply with relevant regulations.
  • Initiate repair orders for defective parts and track the progress of open repair orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels at the base.
  • Collaborate with Finance to process invoices efficiently.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes as required.

This position requires prioritization and effective time management skills, particularly in dynamic environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, autonomy, and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
