Job Title: Aeromedical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aeromedical Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our services in South Australia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to optimise resource use and deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable services.
  • Champion excellence in service delivery through strong leadership, innovative practices, and robust operational planning.
  • Develop service strategies and provide stewardship for all services, projects, and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders across the state.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience leading and managing diverse teams, with the ability to inspire, influence, and build effective relationships across all levels.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to align people and resources towards shared goals.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary human resource management and organisational performance practices.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and sound decision-making skills in complex and high-pressure environments.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Operations or a relevant discipline, and/or equivalent relevant experience, particularly in Aeromedical, Emergency Services, Health or Defence fields.
