Automatic Payroll Professional

Job Description
  • This is a critical position that oversees the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely and accurate processing for our team members.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fortnightly payroll including new hires, terminations, leave entitlements, and salary adjustments while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with agency processes.
  • This role requires strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail as well as knowledge of superannuation legislation, taxation requirements, and National Employment Standards.
  • You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality payroll services in compliance with legislative requirements and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a medium-sized organisation.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Strong proficiency in Aurion and TechOne finance systems is highly desirable.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.
