  • Work closely with the CRM manager and Loyalty marketing lead to design, create, and execute CRM-driven loyalty & reward campaigns.
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field is required. Additionally, experience working within either B2C or B2B Marketing is necessary, along with a solid understanding of the principles of CRM marketing.
