Batching Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Batching Specialist. This position involves overseeing the batching process at our concrete plant, ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in batch management, with experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery. Strong communication skills are also essential for effective coordination with drivers and internal stakeholders.

• Batch Management: Oversee the batching process to ensure accurate mixing and consistent quality control.
• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate deliveries and manage stock holdings to meet customer demands.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Qualifications: Current C Class Driver's Licence is essential; HR Licence desirable.
• Experience: Prior experience in concrete plant operations is advantageous, but not essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively in a busy production environment.
