Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Batching Operations Specialist to join our team at Burleigh Heads. As the key contact for customers, this role involves managing concrete batching, scheduling deliveries and operating plant equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity to combine customer service, problem-solving and hands-on work in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- Main Responsibilities:
- •Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service and represent our brand
- •Take orders, finalise sales and batch concrete to specific mix designs
- •Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
- •Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
- •Order raw materials as needed
Key Requirements:
- •Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems)
- •Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- •Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
- •Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
