Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecologist to join our team. As an Ecologist, you will be responsible for conducting ecological surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and providing expert advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Science or related discipline, with 1-2 years of experience in ecological consulting, bush regeneration or similar industry related experience.

  • Conduct fieldwork across diverse environments and project types.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support project planning.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecological Surveys: Conduct thorough ecological surveys, including flora, fauna, and habitat assessments.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform project decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to present findings and recommendations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Science or related discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ecological consulting, bush regeneration or similar industry related experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
