Procurement Role Overview

The Procurement Specialist will support end-to-end procurement processes aligned with our organization's policies and regulations.

  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and maintaining approved supplier records.
  • Conduct supplier research and negotiations to secure cost-effective, quality supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end procurement processes aligned with our organization's policies and regulations.
  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and maintaining approved supplier records.
  • Conduct supplier research and negotiations to secure cost-effective, quality supply.
  • Monitor supplier performance and coordinate regular review sessions.
  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Proactively identify procurement risks and escalate them as needed.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Generate procurement reports and respond to procurement-related inquiries.
  • Provide support for strategic procurement initiatives and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Officer to ensure efficient procurement operations.
  • Promote and uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive safety culture.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and report any non-compliance.
