Residential Valuer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Valuer to join our team in Canberra. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in property valuation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality valuations and exceptional client service. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically and strategically, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and detailed property assessments
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that meet industry standards and client requirements
  • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies (direct comparison, income, cost approaches)
  • Ensure final reports meet all necessary IVS / API / IFRS reporting requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RPV or CPV Qualified
  • Knowledge of property valuation industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Numerical/financial acumen
  • Able to pick up and learn internal systems and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
