Your duties will include:

- Actioning referrals for young people to be placed within relevant programs;
- Overseeing individualized care plans for all children and young people;
- Managing workforce aspects within your area of responsibility;
- Ensuring legislative and external reporting requirements are met.

Required qualifications for this role consist of:

- A degree qualification in social or behavioral sciences or related discipline;
