Strategic AI and Automation Leader

Mars Recruitment is partnering with Scope to find an inspiring leader to head their first dedicated AI and automation function.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver a comprehensive enterprise AI and automation strategy, drive projects that improve experiences for clients, families, and employees, and ensure innovation is safe, ethical, and inclusive.

As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with leaders and teams across Scope to move from ideas through to measurable outcomes and provide strategic insight and updates to the Executive Team and Board.

We are looking for a candidate who can balance innovation with governance, compliance, and risk, communicate complex ideas in clear, accessible ways, build strong partnerships across diverse stakeholders, and share our commitment to using technology for positive social impact.
