Lead Data and AI Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data and AI Delivery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high-value data and AI initiatives across the business, enabling actionable insights, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

  • This role involves developing and executing the Data and AI roadmap, driving enterprise-wide capabilities and measurable business value.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in project delivery frameworks, including Agile and Wagile, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret business needs.
  • Collaboration with Group Risk and Privacy Officers is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring AI solutions comply with industry regulations and internal governance requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years experience delivering programs in the data and AI space.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering AI solutions in large organisations.
  • Proven expertise in project delivery frameworks, including Agile and Wagile.
  • Effective communicator at all levels, with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business needs.
  • Experience working with complex enterprises, AI and data engineers, architects, modellers, and data governance.
