About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Casework Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to interpret complex information and make accurate conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with applicants, nominees and institutions regarding decisions from Independent Decision Makers.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records (report writing, case notes, official records).
  • Advise applicants on relevant legislation, policy, procedures and payments.
  • Resolve applicant enquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Baseline Security Clearance.
