Talent Mobility Expert

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive tax solutions that enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective and compliant manner.

  • End-to-End Mobility Tax Solutions: Deliver strategic advisory services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and maximum value.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage complex tax and regulatory landscapes for business travelers and remote workers, providing actionable insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide authoritative guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrate strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
