Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing scalable and secure Azure cloud solutions tailored to the project's requirements. You will integrate and manage technologies like Elasticsearch, Nifi, Kafka, and Spring Boot within the Azure environment.

  • Design and implement scalable and secure Azure cloud solutions.
  • Integrate and manage technologies including Elasticsearch, Nifi, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and enforce cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud solutions with project objectives and business needs.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. Additionally, you will optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect with a strong understanding of Azure IAAS.
  • Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Nifi, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
  • NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential.

In this role, you can expect a salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on average salaries for similar roles in Canberra.
