Key Role in End-to-End Recruitment

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team based at our Adelaide office. This permanent full-time position plays a crucial role in driving the recruitment process across our Australian and New Zealand operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for our business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
  3. Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation.
  4. Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies.
  5. Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
  6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and organisational charts.
  7. Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal recruitment campaigns.
  8. Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities.
  9. Monitor recruitment trends and support the development of employer branding initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor who can make a significant contribution to our business. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across a range of disciplines.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting high-volume and seasonal recruitment is desirable.
