High-Profile Construction Project Lead
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of a significant commercial development in Sydney. The project involves constructing a new second floor on top of an existing operational building, along with 1,000sqm of road removal and a brand-new car park.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects, particularly those involving structural-heavy commercial/industrial builds with extensions or live-site work where planning and sequencing are critical.
- Deliver high-profile commercial construction projects;
- Lead teams through complex project execution;
- Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
