About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to play a critical role in ensuring the quality of claims across the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assurance across the claims lifecycle
  • Develop and implement best practice guidelines within claims, reviewing decisions and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across claims procedures
  • Deliver reporting, action plans and training to stakeholders across the business
  • Offer expert advice on technical matters related to claims

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance within general or life insurance
  • Knowledge of Claims operations would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
  • A process-driven mindset
