In this key role, you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager GI/L&I, working closely with the Claims & Operations Teams, TPAs and Authorised Agents to proactively undertake Quality Assurance Reviews. You will actively promote continuous improvement and enhancement of processes reviewed through the QA program, utilising QA data together with other data sources to identify and share opportunities to enhance customer service and improve quality.

- Strong Life Insurance experience; understanding of Claims/Underwriting cycles
- High level of technical knowledge in retail and/or group claims
- High level of financial acumen with demonstrable understanding of P&L drivers
- Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
