  • The Facilities and Logistics Manager will lead a team to deliver top-notch facilities and logistics support for international government entities in the APAC region.\
  • They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Auburn office, including facilities, logistics, and warehouse management.\
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining and operating the facility, ensuring optimal functioning and safety while adhering to corporate policies and government regulations.\
  • Additional duties involve anticipating business needs, managing multiple priorities proactively, and developing processes and procedures.\
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and discretion when coordinating customer shipments and supporting local staff.\
  • Strategic planning and logistics management are essential components of this role.\
  • The successful candidate will be able to negotiate with service providers, manage stock quality inspections, and optimize delivery routes.\

  • A proven track record in logistics and facilities management is required.\
  • Successful experience in distribution and logistics management, including export controls, is essential.\
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and staff management skills.\
  • Hold a forklift license or be willing to obtain one.\
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary.\
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects is crucial.\
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.\
  • Maintaining ISO accreditations is a key responsibility.\
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable, as is first aid training.\
