Client Service Officer

Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join the team for a contract position with the potential to extend.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line services to the community from a local office, including a range of client and administrative services that contribute to the effective delivery of quality services in the local office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 matters, addressing and progressing either estate or trust administration
- Provide administrative support to the casework teams at the local office with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on customer service
- Accurate data entry and record management, maintaining confidentiality at all times as well as following the required policies and procedures
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, travel, and events
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide support and maintain records of motor vehicle fleet usage, arranging cleaning, servicing, and repairs as required
- Maintain stationery and office supplies and monitor and maintain office equipment
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and confidential information
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle confronting situations and remain calm under pressure
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Planning and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines in a demanding work place
- Tech savvy - the ability to pick up new systems quickly
