Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a legal professional to join our team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. This role requires the ability to provide legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance and operational matters.
This is an opportunity for you to gain broad commercial exposure while advising on specialist issues like privacy and emerging technology.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Provide legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance and operational matters
- Collaborate with other members of the Legal team
- Ensure consistent high-quality legal support across the business
- Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing and legal awareness within the organisation
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, gained in-house and/or in private practice
- A willingness to work across a range of legal issues, transactions, projects and business areas
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- An adaptable proactive mindset and eagerness to develop your legal skills
