Senior Credit Controller

AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team in Australia. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage a large portfolio of clients, ensuring timely collections and minimizing bad debt.
- Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and management to progress collection processes and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile brokers' statements and payments made to offshore service centers.
- Monitor and match receipts and unallocated receipts.
- Accelerate the collection process on aged debt.
- Provide monthly reporting of credit control balances to the APAC Credit Control Manager.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in insurance and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
