**Key Responsibilities**
- Run projects from concept to completion
- Manage and mentor a team (resources and project hours)
- Monitor project profitability
- Contribute to and oversee documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Liaise with clients and consultants
- Ensure the interiors design intent is carried through to handover
- Cultivate existing and new client relationships
- Ensure compliance of project quality standards

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 10+ years local experience, including large-scale hotel and resort projects
- Demonstrated experience in running projects
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Outstanding documentation and detailing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor more junior staff
