Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the flow of confirmed orders from sales through to production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order flow from sales to production and delivery
  • Collaborate with accounts to manage supplier payments
  • Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery
  • Coordinate customer artwork approvals and digital proofs
  • Handle client and supplier queries for production-related matters
  • Resolve delays, product issues, or artwork concerns
  • Maintain accurate records across projects and platforms
  • Collaborate with sales team on expectations, timelines, and stock availability
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in production, procurement, or account operations management
  • Bonus points for experience in branded merchandise or promotional products industry
  • Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple moving parts
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, internal, and external
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused when things don't go to plan
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and shared tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
