**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Dean & Ling Executive in Hawthorn, Australia.

As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Group FC in driving financial performance, ensuring timely month-end completion, and developing strategic financial solutions for the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, with experience working in a corporate environment or an accounting firm. You will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Support the Group FC in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting and analysis
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the group to drive financial performance
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members

Requirements:*

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership or management roles
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
