We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in Queensland.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Support registered nurses with patient care and medical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to registered nurses, promoting early intervention and effective care planning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient satisfaction and well-being
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Nursing, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, patients, and families
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care and education, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to manage their health effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems, facilitating efficient data management and seamless communication
- Ability to speak multiple languages, enhancing patient care and engagement for diverse communities
