About the Role:
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering advanced clinical and holistic care to residents.
- Work collaboratively with an experienced Clinical Manager and provide support and supervision to team members.
- Liaise with medical practitioners, family, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellence in personalised care.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
- Experience in aged care and knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative, and dementia care.
- Strong clinical focus in assessing, planning, and implementing client care.
- Competence in care planning and evaluation documentation.
- Ability to manage medication and demonstrate clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
