National Business Manager Position
Job OverviewThe National Business Manager will lead our Priceline account, focusing on growth via strategic account management, brand launches, and joint business planning. This role requires experience in pharma or health-focused consumer goods, especially in pharmacy channels, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and grow the Priceline account through strategic decisions and effective communication.
- Achieve sales and margin targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for product launches and initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities including partnerships and specialty products.
- Negotiate customer agreements, terms, rebates, and contractual obligations.
- Develop strategic plans, including a 3-year growth roadmap with marketing and category teams.
- Ensure operational excellence in sales execution, stock management, and performance analysis.
- Support Priceline NAMs in strategy implementation and results at store level.
- Stay updated with industry trends, policies, and therapeutic knowledge.
- Maintain compliance and safety standards across all environments.
This position requires:
- Pharmaceutical or health-focused consumer goods expertise.
- Experience in pharmacy channels, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of driving growth through strategic decision-making and effective communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
