Insurance Product Innovation Lead

As a key member of our Product Centre team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance products.
About the PositionThe incumbent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of prioritised product or solution development opportunities. This involves developing and maintaining frameworks to manage the product lifecycle, as well as delivering reinsurance programs that align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the development of risk management frameworks and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and claims professionals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise product development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement reinsurance programs that meet business requirements.
